No open roles right now.
We still want your resume.

Fizzi Media hires slowly, on purpose, and almost never from a job board. When a role opens, the first people we look at are the ones who already told us they were interested. This page is how you tell us.

How we hire.

We don't post roles until we've exhausted the people who reached out first. That's not a policy we wrote to sound exclusive. It's how every hire we've made has actually happened. Someone did good work somewhere, we noticed or they told us, and when a seat opened we already knew who to call.

Submitting your resume here puts you in that group. When a role opens that fits your background, your application is reviewed before we consider posting publicly. If it's a fit, you'll hear from us directly. If it isn't, we keep your information on file for the period described below and reach out if that changes.

We can't promise a role will open, or that any opening will match your background. What we can promise is that your resume goes to a human who reads it, and that we'll contact you before we start looking anywhere else.

What we build.

Fizzi Media runs paid traffic for established companies and rebuilds the operations behind it. Paid traffic is about 10% of the work. The rest is inside the client's business: sales floor systems, CRM and routing, attribution, fulfillment operations, customer journey automation, and custom internal tooling that replaces the roles a client was about to hire for.

The people who do well here are operators. They've shipped things, they can work inside someone else's business without being handed a process, and they'd rather find the actual problem than run the standard playbook.

Areas we hire in when we hire.

These describe the kinds of work we do. None of them is currently an open position.

Marketing Operations.

Media buying across Meta, Google, and YouTube at real spend, plus the creative, offers, and funnel work behind it on accounts rebuilt to hold the volume.

AI Infrastructure.

Deep AI implementation, automation, data pipelines, lead scoring, and the internal tooling clients run their business on.

Sales Development.

Working inside a client's sales process, reviewing calls, and building the follow-up, alerts, and tools a floor needs to close what marketing produces.

Web Development.

Hard-coded pages, sites, and forms built for speed and tracking accuracy, not drag-and-drop builders.

Software Development.

Custom systems, CRM architecture, integrations, and attribution models that separate in-period from cohort revenue.

Executive, Admin, Personal Assistants.

Keeping leadership and the operating cadence organized: scheduling, documentation, follow-through, and internal coordination.

Where you work.

Mostly remote

The majority of our roles are remote. You work from wherever you're based in the U.S., with travel to client operations when an engagement calls for it.

U.S. only, 18+

Every role is exclusive to United States citizens, 18 or older, living in the United States. We don't make exceptions to this, so please don't apply if it doesn't describe you.

Some roles are hybrid

Assistant-type roles (executive, admin, personal) and key technical roles are hybrid. The volume of day-to-day collaboration in those seats doesn't work over Zoom, so they require regular in-office time at one of our offices in Las Vegas, Nevada or Scottsdale, Arizona.

What working here looks like.

Small team. Senior people. No account manager layer between the person doing the work and the client who's paying for it. Most engagements start with two days on-site inside a client's operation, so expect to travel, sit with sales teams, and see how a business actually runs before you touch a campaign.

The work is technical and the pace is fast. Most of what we build ships in hours and days, not weeks. We use our own internal tooling to remove the manual parts of media buying and reporting, which means the hours you spend here go to judgment, not data entry.

Roles here are structured as either employee positions or independent contractor engagements depending on the scope of the work. We'll be clear about which applies before any conversation gets serious.

Compensation.

Compensation depends on the role, the scope, and what you've shipped. Employee positions have historically ranged from $50,000 to $200,000 a year. Independent contractor engagements are priced to correspond to that range, which works out to roughly $25 to $100 an hour on a standard 2,080-hour year, with the specific rate set by scope and seniority before any work begins.

We don't ask for salary history and we won't. We tell you the range for a role before the first conversation gets serious, and we expect you to tell us what you need.
